At USA Peps Lab, all products are sold strictly for laboratory and scientific research purposes only. Due to the sensitive nature of research materials, we maintain a strict no-return and no-refund policy once an order has been shipped.

No Returns or Refunds

All sales are final.

Returns cannot be accepted because of safety, storage, and handling regulations associated with research materials. Refunds are not provided unless an error has occurred on our part, such as an incorrect item being shipped.

Exceptions – Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Returns or replacements are accepted only if:
  • The product is damaged during shipping
  • The product is defective upon arrival
  • An incorrect item was shipped
To be eligible, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@usapepslab.com . Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
If approved, our team will evaluate the issue and, where applicable, arrange a replacement. Refunds are issued only when the error is confirmed to be on our part.
